At Chan Luu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, qualifying items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original jewelry pouches and packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
